    Our Programs

Every child has a different starting point. Our programs are designed to be engaging, practical, and goal-oriented — helping children build skills that carry over into home, school, and community life.

    Attention Group

    Attention Group

This group is designed to help children improve their ability to sustain attention to instruction, engage with learning, and follow through on classroom tasks.

Difficulties with attention can have many underlying causes, including challenges with comprehension, processing speed, sensory modulation, auditory attention, working memory, thought regulation, and tolerance for mental effort. Rather than focusing only on behaviour, this group targets the skills that support attention from the ground up.

Children are grouped based on their current level and are given carefully structured challenges that build from easier to harder. Activities target listening, filtering distractions, holding and using information, following multi-step directions, and staying engaged for longer periods of time.

    Early Readers Program

    Early Readers Program

This program supports children in developing the foundational skills needed for reading success.

Children may need support with phonological awareness, decoding, fluency, comprehension, attention to language, and remembering what they hear or read. Sessions are designed to build confidence while addressing the skills that make reading easier and more meaningful.

Activities are tailored to each child's level and are structured to improve accuracy, understanding, and participation without making reading feel overwhelming.

    Play to Learn Program

    Play to Learn Program

What if important developmental skills could be strengthened through play?

This program uses imaginative games, fictional stories, role play, and shared problem-solving to build skills such as planning, creativity, judgment, social understanding, communication, and flexible thinking.

Because children are highly motivated by play, they often stay engaged longer and practice these activities again on their own outside of sessions. This makes learning more natural, enjoyable, and easier to carry over into daily life.

    Competitive Play Group

    Competitive Play Group

This group uses structured games and group challenges to help children build social, emotional, and behavioural skills in a motivating setting.

Whether a child is working on confidence, following rules, handling mistakes, resolving conflict, tolerating frustration, or learning how to win and lose appropriately, competitive play provides a natural and controlled environment for practice.

Children are supported in learning sportsmanship, flexibility, self-regulation, and peer interaction while participating in activities they enjoy and care about.

    Intro to Sports

    Intro to Sports

Some children seem to learn new sports quickly, while others need more support to understand how to move their body, time their actions, and adapt to new physical tasks.

This program helps children build the foundational skills that support success in sports and active play, including proprioception, vestibular processing, balance, coordination, praxis, and motor planning.

Children are introduced to sports and movement-based challenges in a structured and supportive way, with the goal of helping them become more confident, coordinated, and ready to participate in physical activities with others.

    Bike Training

    Bike Training

Learning to ride a bike is an important step toward confidence, coordination, and independence.

This program helps children develop the physical and planning skills needed for bike riding, including balance, steering, postural control, coordination, body awareness, and confidence with movement.

Skills are broken down into manageable steps so that each child can build success gradually in a safe and supportive environment.

TTC Training / Grocery Shopping Training

TTC Training / Grocery Shopping Training

This program helps children and teens build the skills needed to safely and confidently use public transportation.

Sessions may target route planning, time awareness, safety skills, problem-solving, handling changes, community awareness, and independence during travel. Practice is structured to help children become more comfortable navigating everyday environments and routines.

This program is especially helpful for children and teens working toward greater independence in school, social, and community activities.

    Feeding and Sensory Development

    Feeding and Sensory Development

This program supports children who have difficulty tolerating certain food textures, smells, touch experiences, or sensory input during mealtimes and daily routines.

Using a gradual and supportive approach, children are helped to explore new textures and sensations without pressure. Sessions focus on increasing comfort, flexibility, and tolerance while reducing stress around feeding and sensory experiences.

Depending on the child's needs, intervention may target sensory processing, emotional comfort, oral motor coordination, and participation in mealtime routines.

    ASD Level 3 Program

    ASD Level 3 Program

This program is designed for children who benefit from higher levels of support in the areas of sensory regulation, attention, communication, and cognition.

Sessions focus on helping children improve sensory processing and regulation while building foundational skills such as attention, working memory, understanding cause and effect, following routines, and using concepts such as "first-then" and visual schedules.

Children are gradually supported in developing intentional communication using AAC and iPad-based communication systems. Activities are individualized and structured to help children become more engaged, aware, communicative, and independent in daily interactions and routines.

    Social Literacy Program

    Social Literacy Program

Social skills involve much more than learning what to say in different situations. In this program, children learn to better understand emotions, thoughts, motivations, and social dynamics in themselves and others.

Children are supported in recognizing and naming their own emotions, understanding why emotions are useful, and identifying when emotions may become too strong, too weak, or appear at the wrong time or place. Sessions also explore healthy and unhealthy coping strategies, emotional avoidance, self-regulation, self-esteem, self-confidence, and insecurity.

As children progress, they work on understanding other people's emotions, intentions, and hidden motivations while developing higher-level social awareness, communication, empathy, leadership, and influence skills through discussions, role play, stories, and real-life scenarios.

    Summer and March Break Camps

    Summer and March Break Camps

Our camps offer children a fun and structured opportunity to build skills while school is out.

Camp activities are designed to support development in areas such as attention, social participation, motor skills, emotional regulation, communication, and independence. Programs are planned to feel engaging and enjoyable while still targeting meaningful goals.

These camps are ideal for children who benefit from continued structure, guided peer interaction, and opportunities to practice skills in a dynamic group setting.
